Just what the title says...what you expect something else?
I guess it depends on whose home you're talking about.
People hear what they want to hear. Especially when someone tells them that they need to stop doing something they like to do.
Smoke enough of that stuff and you can hear anybody say anything.
Okay in what sense, harm reduction? As in it's better to smoke a little home grown weed that smoking crack and injecting heroin every day?!?
