Circulating Nurse to Anesthesiologist: "Did you take your meds today? Because you're hyper."
Needless to say, a lot of ribbing/goofing off/ jokes were flying today. And not all was aimed at me! :)

When I did a VA rotation, one of my attendings was bipolar, and on Lithium, and had his levels drawn weekly at the VA.
So we routinely looked up his levels to try to figure out what kind of week we were going to have.
LOL!
I had this particular anesthesiologist last week and he was even nuttier, if that was possible.
