Does my daughter inform me that she signed me up for bringing in cookies for the school's party tomorrow at 7:35 pm tonight?

Just remind her that she needs to choose the best possible home when that time comes.

That's why we have grocery stores. If she doesn't give you advance notice, it serves her right to have to bring store-brand cookies.
totally agree w/ grumpy.
Unfortunately, I had 2 beers by the time she told me, so I didn't want to run to the store.
And the kicker is that the airhead LEFT THEM AT HOME THIS MORNING!!!
Daddy had to make a cookie run.
