2 more weeks

Until my mailbox and recycling bin are free from political ads.

Until I can watch Food Network without seeing a Crossroads ad.

Until I can stop clicking on Grumpy's ads for the guy I voted against (I figure I may as well give Grumpy the clicks and cost the campaign something).

Must be a location effect, the only ads I see on Grumpy's blog are Macy's and Mattresses.

Swing state voters should be happy that they can have an effect. My vote doesn't count since I am a left leaning independant voter in Georgia.

Yep - just like the voter above, this is about the only time every four years I'm glad I live in Chicago. The assumption here in the city is that "we're all blue", thus the presidential mudslinging, uh I mean ads, are few and far between. In other words, my vote never counts here...

Btw - I just recently started reading your blog. Write more. You're interesting, insightful, and all good.
