oooooooohhh...you pissed off the surgery gods! Don't forget, they always happen in three's!
The surgery itself went fine, there were just unexpected findings upon entering the abdomen that made life miserable for about 30 minutes while we dealt with it.
Much cussing ensued.
Cussing always helps. :)
