So I went to a gyn surgery conference this week. And at one of the lectures on prolapse surgery, the lecturer stated "You want to leave the OR with a good vagina."
I can't help it, I started giggling. Yes, I know, it's childish. But it was pretty damn funny.

Kind of refreshing to know that after (however many) years of practicing as an OB GYN you can still laugh about vaginas!
I would drink water too. My institution caved to the Pepsi bribery. Ugh.

You should suggest that the conference move to Emory University. Somewhere between a third and half of the buildings on campus are named for Coke CEOs. Pepsi is not sold on campus.
